ClickBank Free-Trial Terms
These terms apply only to the Seen & Ready ClickBank seven-day free-trial offer identified as SAR-TRIAL-007 on your order. They do not replace the terms of earlier purchases, including SAR-MVP-010, or the separate Systeme.io offer.

1. What you are purchasing
Seen & Ready is educational and productivity software for your own job search. This offer starts with a seven-day trial of the downloaded workspace and its Customer Hub download and support materials. The career assistant runs from the downloaded workspace in a compatible Codex environment. No physical product is shipped.
2. Price, payment, and ClickBank
Your initial ClickBank order is $0 and requires a payment method. The seven-day trial begins when that order is completed, not when you first open an email, log in or download. Unless canceled before the scheduled charge, ClickBank attempts one $29.95 payment after the trial, plus applicable taxes shown at checkout. After one successful payment, no further payments are scheduled; this is not an ongoing subscription. ClickBank handles the order, billing, receipt and tax. Your card statement may show CLKBANK*SEENANDREADY. ClickBank sends a trial reminder and may retry a failed scheduled payment under its standard process; a retry is not a second successful payment.
3. Product requirements and third-party services
What you need: a Mac or Windows computer, a free ChatGPT account, the free ChatGPT desktop app with Codex, and an internet connection. A paid ChatGPT plan and programming experience are not required. Automatic job discovery requires web search to be available in Codex; otherwise, you can paste job listings or descriptions manually. OpenAI usage limits and feature availability apply.
4. Your license
The trial provides access to the Customer Hub and the downloadable workspace. A successful $29.95 payment grants unlimited use of this downloaded version under that license; it does not grant unlimited hosting, support, upgrades or future versions. Cancellation of an unpaid trial ends online trial Customer Hub access when processed. We do not remotely delete downloaded files or remove access independently purchased under another order. Downloaded files remain subject to the applicable license.
5. Your responsibilities
You control the facts used in your job search. Review the truth, accuracy, completeness, and suitability of every AI-generated statement, resume, cover letter, application answer, research result, interview response, and negotiation communication before using it. Do not submit invented credentials, employment history, accomplishments, metrics, skills, licenses, or other false information.
6. No employment or professional-services guarantee
Seen & Ready is not a recruiting agency, employment agency, placement service, law firm, tax adviser, immigration adviser, or financial adviser. It does not guarantee job-listing coverage or freshness, ATS passage, employer interest, interviews, offers, employment, compensation, earnings, or timing.
7. Refunds
Request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the actual $29.95 paid charge through ClickBank Order Support or support@seenandready.com. No reason is required under our guarantee. Our 30-day guarantee runs from the date of the actual paid charge, not the $0 trial order. It does not limit your rights under ClickBank’s policies or applicable law. ClickBank may grant returns under ClickBank’s return and cancellation policy beyond this merchant guarantee. A completed refund ends access and the license attributable to that refunded purchase, without affecting separate paid purchases. A cancellation alone is not a refund request.
8. Privacy
The Privacy Notice explains the information processed for ClickBank checkout, portal access, support, product operations, affiliate attribution, and permitted analytics. The downloaded workspace stores career files locally. When you ask ChatGPT or Codex to work with those files, relevant content may be processed under the terms and privacy controls of your OpenAI account.
9. Intellectual property
Seen & Ready's software, prompts, templates, documentation, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to Mobius Enterprises LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of your career data and the rights you otherwise hold in your own content.
10. Availability, changes, and contact
Eligible buyers may enroll worldwide, subject to ClickBank’s country availability, payment, tax, sanctions and compliance controls. Product and access help: support@seenandready.com. 11. Canceling the unpaid trial
Use ClickBank Order Support to look up the exact order and submit a Cancellation Request through Get Support before the scheduled charge. ClickBank states that requests are completed within one business day; do not wait until the last moment. When an unpaid trial cancellation is processed, its online Customer Hub access ends. Payment failure by itself is not a completed payment or a refund. If ClickBank cancels the unpaid enrollment after retries fail, its trial access ends. Ending the billing schedule after successful payment does not remove the purchased license or paid access.
