This Privacy Notice explains how Mobius Enterprises LLC processes information in connection with the Seen & Ready ClickBank offer, website, Customer Hub, support, affiliate attribution, and product operations.

1. Information we process
Depending on how you use Seen & Ready, Mobius Enterprises LLC may process account and contact information, transaction and refund status, Customer Hub access and activity, support messages, affiliate-attribution records, and technical information needed for security and site operation. ClickBank separately processes payment, tax, fraud-prevention, receipt, refund, and order-support information under its own policies. Mobius Enterprises LLC does not receive your complete payment-card number.
2. Career files and AI conversations
Seen & Ready is a downloaded local workspace. The Customer Hub does not store your resumes, cover letters, job records, interview materials, or other career documents. When you ask ChatGPT or Codex to work with local files, relevant content may be processed by OpenAI under the terms, privacy policy, and data controls for your OpenAI account.
3. How we use information
We use information to process purchases, provide receipts, create and secure customer access, deliver the purchased product, provide support, administer refunds and revocations, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal, accounting, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. We may use aggregated or deidentified Customer Hub activity and support feedback to maintain and improve Seen & Ready. We do not access or use career files stored in your local workspace for this purpose.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where applicable, we process personal information as necessary to fulfill your purchase and provide the product and support; comply with legal obligations; pursue legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, and service operation and improvement; or with your consent when required. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that was already lawful.
5. Cookies, analytics, advertising, and affiliate attribution
Seen & Ready and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for sign-in, checkout, security, fraud prevention, preferences, and basic site operation. When optional tracking is active under your current Privacy choices setting, Google Analytics 4 may measure visits, referral sources, campaign codes, page activity, checkout-button clicks, checkout-page visits, and confirmed purchases; Microsoft Clarity may create masked session recordings, heatmaps, scroll maps, and interaction summaries on the Seen & Ready sales page only; and Meta may measure advertising visits and conversion events. These services may process device and browser information, IP address, page and entry URL, cookie or local-storage identifiers, and interaction data. We do not intentionally send them payment-card details, form-field contents, career files, resumes, AI conversations, or document contents. Microsoft Clarity is not installed on the payment page. On the $29.95 direct sales page, which is currently marketed only in the United States, optional analytics and advertising measurement load by default unless your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal or you previously turned them off; you can turn them off at any time through the page’s Privacy choices control. The ClickBank offer may also use ClickBank attribution data, HopLinks, and related cookies or request data to attribute affiliate referrals, verify orders, support reporting, reduce fraud, and operate the ClickBank marketplace relationship. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Disclosure and retention
We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to ClickBank, Systeme.io, Google and Microsoft for optional analytics active under your current Privacy choices setting, Meta for optional advertising measurement active under that setting, domain, email, security, hosting, and support vendors used to operate Seen & Ready, professional advisers and authorities when required, and a successor in a legitimate business transfer. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for customer access, support, analytics and advertising measurement active under your current Privacy choices setting, affiliate attribution, fraud prevention, tax and financial records, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.
7. Children’s privacy
Seen & Ready is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. A parent or legal guardian may designate a minor age 13 or older. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information, contact privacy@seenandready.com so we can address it.
8. International processing
If you access Seen & Ready from outside the United States, information connected with your purchase, account, or support request may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those where you live.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email privacy@seenandready.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required by law. Where applicable, you may also lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority where you live.
10. Security and contact
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we process. You are responsible for protecting your Customer Hub credentials, computer, local workspace, and backups.
