Terms of Purchase and Use
These Terms govern the ClickBank purchase and use of Seen & Ready. By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using Seen & Ready, you agree to these Terms.
1. What you are purchasing
Seen & Ready is educational and productivity software for a job seeker's own job search. The ClickBank offer is a one-time digital product purchase for the downloaded Seen & Ready workspace and the support materials described at the time of purchase. The customer portal is a companion download and support surface. The career assistant itself runs from the downloaded workspace in a compatible Codex environment.
2. Price, payment, and ClickBank
The official ClickBank offer price is $29.95 before applicable taxes. The purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription. ClickBank is the retailer of products on this site and handles the order form, payment processing, receipt, applicable tax handling, and order-support path. Your purchase may appear on your bank or card statement as ClickBank or CLKBANK*COM.
3. Product requirements and third-party services
What you need: a Mac or Windows computer, a free ChatGPT account, the free ChatGPT desktop app with Codex, and an internet connection. A paid ChatGPT plan and programming experience are not required. Automatic job discovery requires web search to be available in Codex; otherwise, you can paste job listings or descriptions manually. OpenAI usage limits and feature availability apply.
4. Your license
Your purchase includes one personal, non-transferable license to use the downloaded Seen & Ready workspace for your own job search or the supervised job search of one designated minor age 13 or older when purchased by that minor's parent or legal guardian. The license to the downloaded purchased version is perpetual unless it ends because of a refund or a material violation of these Terms. Lifetime hosting, support, updates, upgrades, or access to future versions is not included.
5. Your responsibilities
You control the facts used in your job search. Review the truth, accuracy, completeness, and suitability of every AI-generated statement, resume, cover letter, application answer, research result, interview response, and negotiation communication before using it. Do not submit invented credentials, employment history, accomplishments, metrics, skills, licenses, or other false information.
6. No employment or professional-services guarantee
Seen & Ready is not a recruiting agency, employment agency, placement service, law firm, tax adviser, immigration adviser, or financial adviser. It does not guarantee job-listing coverage or freshness, ATS passage, employer interest, interviews, offers, employment, compensation, earnings, or timing.
7. Refunds
The purchase is covered by the 30-day refund policy. Refund requests made within 30 calendar days of purchase receive a full refund. Partial refunds are not offered. A completed refund ends portal access and the product license for that purchase.
8. Privacy
The Privacy Notice explains the information processed for ClickBank checkout, portal access, support, product operations, affiliate attribution, and permitted analytics. The downloaded workspace stores career files locally. When you ask ChatGPT or Codex to work with those files, relevant content may be processed under the terms and privacy controls of your OpenAI account.
9. Intellectual property
Seen & Ready's software, prompts, templates, documentation, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to Mobius Enterprises LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of your career data and the rights you otherwise hold in your own content.
10. Availability, changes, and contact
Eligible buyers may purchase worldwide, subject to ClickBank's country availability, payment, tax, sanctions, and compliance controls. Product, access, and refund questions may be sent to support@seenandready.com. Questions about these Terms may be sent to legal@seenandready.com.
