Customer License

License grant

After a valid ClickBank purchase, Mobius Enterprises LLC grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, use, and modify one copy of the purchased Seen & Ready customer workspace for that purchaser's own job search.

An adult parent or legal guardian may instead purchase and designate the license for the supervised job-search use of one minor age 13 or older. The purchaser may make reasonable private backup copies and may copy or export the purchaser's own career information and AI-assisted application materials.

License restrictions

The purchaser may not:

• redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially provide the Seen & Ready workspace or its included files;
• share the product files or portal credentials with another person, except the one designated minor user permitted by this License;
• post the product, prompts, templates, documentation, or substantial portions of them publicly;
• incorporate the product into another product or service offered to others;
• remove ownership, license, or attribution notices; or
• use the product in violation of law or the Terms of Purchase and Use.

Ownership and duration

Mobius Enterprises LLC and its licensors retain ownership of the Seen & Ready software, prompts, templates, documentation, branding, and original product content. The purchaser retains ownership of the purchaser's career data and personal content.

The license to the downloaded purchased version is perpetual. It does not include lifetime portal hosting, support, updates, upgrades, future versions, or third-party services. The license ends if the purchase is refunded or if the purchaser materially violates this License.

Third-party services and contact

OpenAI, ChatGPT, Codex, Google, ClickBank, job boards, employers, applicant-tracking systems, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. License questions: legal@seenandready.com. Product support: support@seenandready.com.
