Cancellation is different from a refund
Canceling stops future billing but does not return a payment already collected. Submit a separate refund request if you want a paid charge returned. Cancel an unpaid trial through ClickBank before the scheduled charge; online trial Hub access ends when cancellation is processed.

Our 30-day guarantee runs from the date of the actual paid charge, not the $0 trial order. It does not limit your rights under ClickBank’s policies or applicable law. Digital return instructions
When a refund is completed, the portal access and license attributable to that refunded purchase end. Stop using and delete the refunded product files and copies as required by its license. We do not remotely delete files or remove an independent paid entitlement. No physical return is required.
